What will you do?
n
Working under the mentorship of a Lead ECT, and alongside a dedicated team of ECTs and Educators, your role involves collaborating with families, assessing children's development, and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
n
n
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for small groups of children.
n
Work closely with the other ECTs and Educators to create a warm and inclusive workplace.
n
Observe, document, and support each child's growth and development.
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the team.
n
Maintain a protected and happy learning space that encourages curiosity and confidence.
n
Contribute to team discussions, ideation and administrative tasks.
n
