Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the Experience Group on a temporary basis in Brisbane. Reporting to the HR Connect Manager. This role offers the chance to work across the full employee lifecycle-from new starters through to terminations-while supporting leaders and employees with HR advice and HRIS management. The position is offered at AUD$* per hour.

Manage operational HR processes across recruitment, employee changes, and terminations within the HRIS platform
n
Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, resolving queries on policies, procedures, and compliance matters
n
Contribute to HR data analysis, process improvement, and the development of HR frameworks and tools
n

Preferred Requirements
n

Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management, including employment contracts and compliance reporting
n




Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR processes accurately and consistently
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide explicit advice on complex HR policies and procedures
n
Demonstrated ability to work with guidance, take on new challenges with energy, and deliver results under pressure
n
Familiarity with employment law, workplace relations, and HR compliance in an Australian context
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
n
Skilled HR certification such as AHRI membership or equivalent accreditation
n
Previous experience in an HR Help Desk or HR Connect function, or similar customer-facing HR role
