PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Townsville invites a hands-on Part time Customer Experience team member to join our Willows Store.
You will drive sales while delivering expert in-store support, with upfront training in mobile device repairs and a commitment to outstanding service.
You will diagnose and repair electronic devices, assist frontline staff with sales, and maintain a clean, secure workstation.
IRP certification is preferred, and training is provided if needed to help you grow with our
