With a focus on international trade and supply chain efficiency, we are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join our Sydney office.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Develop business opportunities across international freight forwarding (air, sea, customs, warehousing, logistics).
- Prepare and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.
- Advanced use of CargoWise.




- Assist other departments and support team development as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations/account management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and freight operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office.
