The Opportunity

As Branch Leader, you'll support our branches across Scone, Muswellbrook, Denman and Merriwa, guiding a team of Customer Advisors to deliver exceptional service to our members.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend your time coaching, supporting and developing your team while creating positive experiences for customers and helping your branches achieve their goals.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, develop your leadership capability and make a genuine impact within your team and the communities we serve.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coaching and supporting team members to deliver outstanding member service
- Building team capability through mentoring, feedback and development conversations
- Creating a positive and inclusive team culture
- Supporting branch operations and day-to-day activities
- Strengthening relationships within local communities
- Helping members find solutions that meet their banking needs
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Supporting compliance and operational excellence within the branch network




- Contributing to branch performance and business success

About You

You may already be leading a team, or perhaps you've been recognised as a natural mentor and role model who's ready for a leadership opportunity.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and helping others succeed.

You will bring:

- A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to motivate and support others
- Sound organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A willingness to learn and develop as a leader

Banking experience is welcome but not essential. We are open to candidates from a variety of customer-focused industries, including retail, hospitality, business services and community organisations. Training and support will be provided to help you learn our products, systems and regulatory requirements.

- Leadership, supervisory or team-coordination experience, or demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to achieve results while supporting a positive team culture
- ASIC Tier II accreditation (or willingness to obtain within three months)
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
