HammondCare is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist in St Leonards (NSW) for a 22-month maximum-term contract, within the Transformation Office. The role focuses on people-centered adoption across multiple initiatives, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will support leaders and teams to prepare for and embed recent ways of working, monitor readiness and adoption, and manage stakeholder risks across the portfolio.
