HBT Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its NSW operations, primarily based in Beresfield. You will partner with business leaders to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, ER, performance and development.
Working closely with the HR and WH&S; teams, you will drive HR initiatives, advise on legislation and agreements, and contribute to continual improvement projects using Employment Hero.
