BlueCare is seeking a Central Kitchen Manager to oversee the Bundaberg Production Kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality Cook Chill meals for residents and customers across two facilities. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive food safety, quality, and cost controls, and collaborate with leadership to create nutritious menus.

This role supports about 220 beds and up to 650 meals daily. The ideal candidate will have a Senior Sous Chef or equivalent background, a relevant trade
