Job Spec: This specialist consultancy powers Australia's FMCGs and Retailers. Their insights sit at the heart of major commercial decisions - shaping price-pack architecture, promotional investment strategy, premium tier development, SKU rationalisation, space and layout optimisation, and long-term category growth planning across billion-dollar portfolios.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on position combining survey data with strategic category thinking and senior stakeholder engagement. The role also affords maximum flexibility with hybrid working - 1 day in office mandated.

You will:

- Manage key FMCG client accounts
- Interrogate shopper survey data
- Identify actionable insights to inform category planning and growth strategy
- Deliver senior-level presentations and reports
- Lead engaging workshops designed to translate insights into action.
