Chandler Macleod Group is seeking experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client on a full time contract. You will conduct person-centred assessments with participants to identify and articulate their support needs in a transparent, evidence-based and respectful manner.
You will work across multiple locations Australia wide, using virtual and face-to-face methods, applying relevant policies and frameworks, and preparing transparent assessment reports to support participant outcomes.
