Operations Manager (Projects) – Copper Bull Electrical Services, Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan

Copper Bull is a residential electrical business built on doing the job right and standing behind it. We're growing fast, and we need a second-in-command who can run project delivery without us in the room.

This isn't a desk job. You'll lead project technicians through team leaders, own safety and crew utilisation on site, control materials and sub-contractor cost, and make sure every job closes out with clean data and payment collected — no exceptions.

You'll own

- Project delivery — on time, on budget, to spec, from handover to final sign-off
- Team leadership — setting direction for team leaders and holding them accountable
- Safety and compliance on every project site
- Materials and sub-contractor cost control
- Job data and payment discipline across the pipeline

You bring

- Current Open Electrical Licence (QLD) — mandatory.
- Efficiency — significant output, minimal wasted effort




- Honesty and integrity — does not cut corners, earns trust, speaks plainly and truthfully
- Organisation and planning — plans, schedules, and budgets efficiently; focuses on key priorities
- Aggressiveness — moves quickly, takes a forceful stand without being overly assertive, follows through on commitments

- Attention to detail — does not let key details slip or derail a project
- Persistence — tenacity, goes the distance to get things done

- $110k–$135k + super, based on experience
