The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Specialist Employment Investigator to join the People Experience team in Current Zealand. You will lead complex employment investigations, assess evidence and prepare robust findings while interviewing witnesses in sensitive matters.

You will develop employment policies and tools, and coach leaders on procedural fairness to strengthen employment relations practice across the organisation.
