Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Hertz Dubbo location.

Duties:

- Overseeing day to day operations
- Manage, mentor and develop team
- Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures




- Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
- Completion of reports by due dates
- Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly

Requirements:

- Customer service and logistics experience
- Minimum two years of experience in managing teams
- Desire to achieve
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong planning skills, organising skills and time management skills
- Ability to capture growth opportunities
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to travel
- Unrestricted driver's licence
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
