Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the HR strategy, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the leadership team to foster a diverse, engaged workforce.

You will drive workforce development, implement best practices, and manage HR operations while supporting wellbeing and safety initiatives within a not-for-profit context.
