Lola's Mexican Cantina, part of PLB Group on the Tweed Coast, is seeking a Commis Chef / CDP to join a quick-paced kitchen focused on authentic Mexican cuisine. You will design and present dishes to high standards, maintain quality and work as part of a cooperative team.
