ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.




- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
- Collaborating with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals, fostering empowerment and self-awareness.
- Administering and interpreting psychological tests and assessments to inform diagnostic and treatment decisions.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Current APHRA registration as a Psychologist.
- Working with Children Check.
- Experience in working with diverse client populations.
- NSW Driver's License and access to an insured reliable vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities.
- Commitment to providing the highest quality service.
- A team player with a caring disposition.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
- An empathetic approach to client care and their family concerns
