You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hardware retail and truss plant, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Ensuring orders are completed on schedule
- Communicating with staff, management and clients
- Implementing efficient work systems and processes
- Maintaining strong safety practices across the plant & store
- Supervising and supporting staff to achieve production and sales targets
