Downer Rail & Transit Systems seeks a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and evaluate technical training at the Auburn Maintenance Centre. You will orient current staff and ensure they have the knowledge to undertake projects, including overhauls and testing of fleets.

You will analyse training needs, source or create courses, and deliver assessments to maintain high standards. Experience in mechanical/electrical trades and rolling stock is valued, with a teaching qualification (TAE 40116) or
