Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop — booking in vehicles, scoping work with technicians, communicating clearly on repairs and costs, and ensuring every customer leaves with a excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and manage the service booking and check-in process
n
Accurately scope jobs and liaise with technicians on diagnosis and repair requirements
n
Provide transparent, transparent communication on pricing, timelines, and additional work required
n
Upsell relevant services and products where appropriate
n
Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
n
Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system
n
Work closely with the Service Manager and wider team to hit retention and productivity targets
n

About you
n

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience highly regarded)
n
Solid communication and customer service skills
n
Comfortable working with dealership management systems (e.g. Xtime, CDK, or similar)
n
Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities at once
n
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
n
Current driver's licence
n
Supportive, experienced team environment
