Yamaha Motor Finance Australiaisseeking for a self-motivated person to join the Customer Service
n
Team as a Customer Service Officer reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader based in NSW.
n
In this role you will: -
n
Manage all inbound and outbound enquiries as directed.
n
Refer existing and new customer enquiries for YMF products to Direct Sales.
n
Manage all complaints as per YMF Complaints Policy.
n
Provide professional and courteous Customer Service to all internal and external customers.
n
Achieve targets as set by Supervisor and Manager to maintain business productivity.
n
Review customer loan accounts for discrepancies.
n
Review documentation to ensure compliance with YMF Credit Policy.
n
Assist customers in rectifying discrepancies in a timely manner.
n
Identify potential hardship enquiries.
n
Ensure compliance with NCCP,



Privacy Act Laws and Regulations in Australia and New Zealand and any other Legislation as required.
n
Conduct Outbound calls designed to confirm details and enhance customer experience.
n
To be considered for this role you must:

Have a sound knowledge of the applicable legislation.
n
Be a positive Team Player.
n
Have good time management skills.
n
Be able to perform under pressure.
n
Have positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
