Mills Oakley is recruiting for a Lawyer/Associate/Senior Associate to join our Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Melbourne. The role suits practitioners with 2–8 years PQE who want exposure to insolvency and commercial dispute matters alongside senior partners.
You will work on corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, litigation, enforcement, restructurings and shareholder disputes, with prospects for court appearances and advocacy, in a team-oriented, learning-oriented culture.
