The role acts as platform into executive leadership, there will be a mix of on the floor clinical duties combined with operational management of the facility. This ensures you have a smooth transition and learn all the necessary skills to really succeed in the role.

The facility is located in Orange, NSW. A beautiful regional area just outside Sydney.

- $150,000 + super

- On the floor clinical duties for 2/3 days per week

The role:

As Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at a residential aged care facility. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff. You will lead clinical and administrative teams, learn how to manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement strategies to uphold best practices in aged care. Your leadership will promote safety, compliance, and community engagement.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Care Manager in Residential aged care
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and funding streams such as AN-ACC
- AHPRA Registration
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to compliance, safety and quality improvement
