About Us Nowra Coaches Pty Ltd is a leading transport provider dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and productive public transport, charter services and long distance coach services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to assist with contract compliance and reporting.

Role Overview As a Contract Administrator, you will be the core link between our operational performance and our contractual compliance frameworks. You will safeguard our commercial interests by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing service variations, assessing contractor claims, and drafting reporting metrics for government transport bodies.

Key Responsibilities

- Compliance & Monitoring: Track government and private bus service contract delivery to ensure strict adherence to operational schedules, safety regulations, and KPIs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly data reports, including excused event collection and submissions.

Daily and weekly data collection and analysis and Maintain contract plan reporting.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage any feedback or complaints in relation to contracted services,



ensuring compliance with response timeframes, investigation requirements and documentation.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate data records as per contract terms.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or procurement—ideally within the transport, logistics, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors.
- Skills: High-level proficiency in interpreting complex service agreements, evaluating financial variations, and using contract management software.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills for writing professional emails, reports, and contractual correspondence.
- Attributes: Sharp attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Business Law, Logistics, or a related field is highly regarded but not mandatory.
