Job Description
HOME Richmond in office Maintenance Officer role to deliver high-quality repairs for residents. You will deliver preventative maintenance and ensure the building remains secure, functional and welcoming.
n
Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Officer, you will handle resident requests, manage contractors for routine services, and assist with make-ready of apartments. A minimum of 2 years general maintenance experience is preferred; hotel or build-to-rent exposure is advantageous.
