The Royal Children's Hospital in Parkville, VIC, is seeking a Post Acute Care Registered Nurse (HITH/PAC Level 1) for a 6-month fixed-term, full time position at 80 hours per fortnight. The role sits in the Complex Care Hub, supporting children and young people at home after hospital discharge.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement holistic nursing care, facilitate safe transitions home, and promote independence for patients and families, with opportunities for salary
