The organisation is growing due to ongoing referral demand and is now looking to add another Occupational Therapist to support the existing OT and AHA.
Work Within a True MDT: You'll be joining a team that includes:
The benefit is that you have access to support across disciplines, particularly when working with more complex clients or presentations that fall outside your usual area of practice.
The team works collaboratively rather than in isolation, with the existing OT and AHA already managing a strong adult caseload.
The Role
- Approximately 90% adult caseload
- Very small paediatric component
- Strong focus on mental health
- Some occasional paediatric work
- Clinic and community-based appointments
- Home visits and functional assessments
- Approximately one FCA per week
- Around one clinic day per week
- Start at 3 days per week
- Prospect to build towards full-time within approximately 3 months
- $90,000-$128,000 + super depending on experience
There is already strong demand and a developing waitlist, meaning you can build your caseload gradually rather than being overloaded from your first week.
This is a great fit for an OT who values collaboration, clinical support and being part of a well-rounded Allied Health team rather than working in a silo.
