We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to support a Defence project. You’ll work with vendors and the project team, keep reporting on track, and gradually take the lead in running meetings.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on project updates and actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Organise meetings, record actions and track them through to completion.
- Facilitate project meetings as you settle into the role.
- Help the team stay across progress, upcoming work and issues.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in PMO, project support or project coordination.
- Robust reporting, organisation and communication skills.
- Confidence working with vendors and a range of project stakeholders.
- An active NV1 security clearance.
