Uniting is seeking a Senior Lead Practitioner in Family Services based in Heatherton, Victoria. You will deliver evidence-informed interventions to support children, young people and families, aligning with the Therapeutic Model of Care to promote safety, stability and development.

You will work with Team Leaders to coach Lead Practitioners and ensure robust case management within referrals from The Orange Door.
