HR Partners in NSW's Southern Highlands seeks a permanent HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Manager, WHS Manager and the HR team to build solid relationships across the business.
You will partner with stakeholders on ER, recruitment, performance management and learning and development, interpret EA provisions, and guide all stages of the employee lifecycle. The role includes HR project delivery and support for injury management and return-to-work processes.
