Are you an experienced automotive leader who knows how to keep vehicles moving, teams performing and quality standards high?

Osborne Park Kia & MG is looking for a motivated and highly organised Reconditioning Manager to oversee our vehicle reconditioning operations.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring vehicles are prepared efficiently, presented to a high standard and ready for sale or delivery within required timeframes. You will coordinate the reconditioning process from start to finish, working closely with internal departments, workshop teams and external suppliers to keep vehicles moving through the process.

The Role

As the Reconditioning Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day vehicle reconditioning process across Osborne Park Kia & MG

Coordinating vehicle inspections, mechanical work, detailing, repairs and other required reconditioning

Prioritising workloads to ensure vehicles are completed within required timeframes

Monitoring vehicles throughout the reconditioning process and proactively addressing delays

Managing relationships with internal teams, contractors and external suppliers

Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation, quality and workmanship

Reviewing and controlling reconditioning costs while achieving operational targets

Ensuring accurate records are maintained for work completed and associated costs

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies,



turnaround times and processes

Leading and supporting the team to maintain a productive, positive and safety-focused working environment

Working closely with dealership management, Sales, Service and other key stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within the automotive industry , ideally in vehicle reconditioning, workshop management, service, used vehicles or a similar operational role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent planning, organisation and time-management capabilities

A strong understanding of vehicle presentation and quality standards

The ability to coordinate multiple vehicles and priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Sound commercial awareness with the ability to monitor and manage costs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail

A current driver's licence
