NJN Lawyers is a small boutique law firm based in Cooranbong New South Wales, practising in business law, family law and wills and estate planning.

The firm is seeking a capable and client-focused Family Lawyer to join the team.
n
The Role
n
The successful candidate will work across a broad range of family law matters and will be expected to manage files with an appropriate level of autonomy for their experience.
n
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
n
n
Providing explicit, timely and practical advice to clients in family law matters.
n
Preparing correspondence, court documents, affidavits and other supporting material.
n
Managing matters through negotiation, mediation, and where required, court processes.
n
Maintaining accurate file notes, time recording, and file management practices.
n
Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, experts and other practitioners.
n

About You (Selection Criteria)
n
Applicants should demonstrate:
n
n
Admission as a solicitor in Australia.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and client-facing capability.
n
A client-first approach, including sound qualified judgement and a focus on practical outcomes.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
n
Preferably, experience using LEAP practice management software (or the ability to quickly become proficient).
n
