Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Recovery Practitioner – Sustainable Tenancies (QDAC) to support participants in the Queensland Drug and Alcohol Court program.
Based in Toowong, you will provide client-centred, trauma-informed care to promote secure housing and tenancy recovery outcomes.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, develop tailored case plans, and coordinate resources to empower individuals toward independence and long-term housing stability.
