What You'll Do:

Energy Intelligence is core to Zembl's Everything Energy strategy: it's how the business delivers ongoing value beyond procurement, through recurring services and insights that help customers make better energy decisions. The Energy Intelligence Specialist works with the Head of Product to deliver and continuously improve the Energy Intelligence roadmap, bringing deep operational and analytical knowledge of customer energy data.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Coordinating delivery of Zembl's Energy Intelligence services so they're consistent, efficient and high quality
- Keeping customer bills, interval meter data, contract information and other operational data complete, accurate and available to support service delivery
- Working with retailers and metering providers to resolve data gaps
- Improving the operational workflows, business rules, platform capability and customer outputs behind Energy Intelligence
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance, service quality and customer adoption
- Supporting the Energy Intelligence roadmap, including new insights, products and analytical capabilities that create customer value
- Scaling Energy Intelligence services through automation, standardisation and process improvement
- Working with Account Management and Marketing to communicate intelligence services and drive customer adoption
- Collaborating with the Energy Solutions Product Manager to identify and develop opportunities generated through Energy Intelligence




- Collaborating with the Digital Platform Product Manager to prioritise and deliver platform capabilities that support Energy Intelligence

What You'll Bring:

This role suits an analytically minded energy or product specialist who enjoys turning operational and energy data into services that create measurable customer value. You're equally comfortable improving existing services as you are shaping new ones, and you like understanding how data moves through systems well enough to use that understanding to improve customer outcomes. You're comfortable moving between:

- Energy data analysis and operational processes
- Product performance measurement and continuous improvement
- Customer insight and service design
- Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Technology

Specific skills include:

- Ideally 4+ years' experience in Product Management, Energy Management or a related analytical role
- Strong understanding of energy procurement, billing, metering and network tariffs
- Experience working with operational data and turning it into insights
- Ability to define business rules, service methodologies and operational controls
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM and energy management platforms

Employment Conditions:

- Permanent position, full time, 38 hours per week.
- $100,000-$110,000 plus superannuation per annum
