We need a Hire Centre Manager to run the show at the new Somersby branch. You'll lead a small team, champion a culture centred on safety, continuous improvement, and superior customer service. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who likes owning the outcome.

- You’ll stay on top of the maintenance paperwork, order the spare parts before you run out, and ensure equipment available for hire.
- You’ll open up, lock up, organise any repairs, and ensure optimisation across the centre so it works efficiently.




- Supervise, mentor and provide technical guidance to the hire centre team.
- Act as a technical escalation point, working seamlessly with the sales team, the General Manager and hire centre colleagues.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous management/supervisory experience in a similar field.
- A clean driving record, MR and forklift licences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, with the occasional Saturday.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.
