Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a fixed-term, full time position based in Preston, VIC. The role covers regional areas, delivering high-quality HR services and coaching to staff and managers.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR matters, interpret awards and legislation, and contribute to a culturally safe, supportive workplace. Integrity, discretion and strong organizational skills are essential.
