McIlwain are seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our Precontracts team on a full-time basis. This role is based at our newly established office in North Sydney, NSW and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic civil engineering organisation. Working closely with our New South Wales estimating team, coordinating and supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality tenders, submissions and expressions of interest .
Conveniently located in North Sydney, McIlwain's NSW office is a short walk to both North Sydney train station and Victoria Cross metro station.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate submission schedules, gather and review content, manage supporting documentation and ensure submissions are accurate, professional and delivered on time
- Contribute to maintaining submission templates, company information and capability materials, while coordinating input from internal stakeholders and external consultants where required
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Communications/Journalism and/or Marketing or related
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience OR 5 years industry-related experience/experience in a similar role
- Experience in civil construction (highly regarded)
- T4NSW experience (highly desirable)
- Skilled in basic Microsoft Suite (Word,
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
