About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing High Net Worth team.

Managing your own portfolio of High Net Worth clients, you will deliver professional insurance advice, tailored insurance solutions and a highly responsive, concierge style client service experience.

You will manage the full client lifecycle, including renewals, insurer negotiations, policy administration, claims advocacy and ongoing client servicing. You will also support our High Net Worth Manager on larger and more complex accounts, developing specialist market expertise and responding to referrals from within the broader business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an allocated portfolio of High Net Worth clients and deliver consistently high levels of service.

Develop trusted client relationships through proactive and responsive communication.

Manage the renewal process from end to end, including renewal strategies, market submissions and client recommendations.

Obtain, analyse and negotiate quotations, policy terms, conditions and pricing with insurers and underwriting agencies.

Process endorsements, alterations and documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.

Provide proactive claims support and advocacy throughout the claims process.

Develop strong relationships with insurers and maintain an understanding of High Net Worth products,



markets and underwriting appetite.

Identify referral, cross sell and new business opportunities.

Assist with the placement and servicing of larger or more complex personal insurance risks.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Demonstrate

Previous experience managing a domestic, SME, private client or High Net Worth insurance portfolio.

Experience managing renewals, insurer negotiations, claims and client relationships.

A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional, high touch client service.

Robust communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, broking systems, AI and insurer platforms.

A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in continuing to develop your specialist insurance knowledge.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate their eligibility to work in Australia on an ongoing basis and will be required to undergo a National Police Check.
