Grace Workplace Solutions , the commercial moving division of Grace Group, is looking for a Commercial Team Leader to lead teams across client sites. You'll be the on-site face of Grace, coordinating people, logistics, and safety to deliver seamless relocation outcomes for our clients.

What you'll do

Lead relocation teams on commercial moves and project logistics

Be the main on‑site contact for clients, keeping communication explicit

Allocate vehicles, equipment, and tasks across the team

Champion WHS and safety standards on every site

Manage job documentation, inventory, and condition reports

What you'll bring

Strong communication skills and a genuine customer‑first mindset

Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable leading a team





Physically capable; this is an active, on‑the‑move role

Professional presentation

Current driver's licence (car minimum)

Removals or logistics experience is a plus, but leadership potential matters most
