Located 38 kilometres south of Mackay, Dalrymple Bay CoalTerminal Pty Ltd operates with a name plate capacity of 85 milliontonnes per annum exporting coal from Central Queensland to portsaround the world. This wouldn’t be possible without great people -people just like you.

The Role:

- You'll thrive in our dynamic environment, craftingoperational plans to maximise our terminal's performance.
- With responsibilities across rail, yard, and berthplanning, your role is pivotal.
- You'll coordinate with teams internally and externally,developing integrated operational and tactical plans, ensuringseamless transitions between shifts, and maintaining optimalstock levels.
- Your role is vital in maintaining our terminal's efficiencyand effectiveness.

- Someone who's good at thinking outside the box, makingsmart choices, and staying confident when things gettricky.
- You should be adaptable and ready to handle changessmoothly, always open to new ways of doing things.
- Good communication is key – you should be able to talkthings through clearly and always think about ourcustomers.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High-level communication abilities and a focus on customerservice are crucial in managing the complexities of a dynamicsupply chain.
- Experience in integrated planning within the bulk logisticstransport sector is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a lifestyle roster of day shift only; being4 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off, 5 on, 5 off.
