OFS is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Vice President, Future Students (VP-FS) and other senior leaders within this agile portfolio.

This role will ensure the smooth operation of executive functions including HR requirements, diary management, complex travel arrangements, and facilitate strategic communications. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a prestigious institution known for its innovative approach to education.

- Provide comprehensive executive support to the VP-FS,



including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling confidential correspondence.
- Coordinate portfolio operations, HR, and financial coordination.
- Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Office of Future Students and represent the VP-FS in communications.

Oversee the preparation of executive-level reports and assist with strategic projects.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in an executive support role, in addition to:

- High level administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in producing high-level reports, analysis of information and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong digital capability, including confident use of Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to current systems.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
