Cash Train in Sydney is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our St Marys branch, motivate a team of Customer Service Officers, and drive KPI achievement. You will oversee loan underwriting and build robust customer relationships while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have face-to-face customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet branch KPIs.
