Due to continued growth, we are seeking two motivated Business Development Executives to join our NSW team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with transport, freight, or logistics experience who enjoys identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering commercial solutions.

About the Chance:

The successful candidate will perform the below duties, including but not limited to:

Identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities

Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

Developing relationships with new and existing customers

Conducting customer meeting to understand transport and logistics requirements

Preparing quotes, pricing proposals, and tender submissions

Negotiating commercial agreements and securing new contracts

Growing existing customer accounts and identifying upselling opportunities

Providing market intelligence and competitor insights

Maintaining CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting

Working closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

Proven experience in business development or sales executive

Experience in transport, warehousing, or logistics industry experience





Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

A proactive and results-focused approach

Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office Applications

Current Driver’s License

Ability to travel as required
