Role Description

The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Endeavour Hills, VIC, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring a high standard of patient care. This role includes client engagement, managing appointment schedules, supervising front-desk and clinical support staff, coordinating with audiologists, and maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day. Additional responsibilities include leading quality improvement initiatives, addressing patient inquiries and feedback,



and fostering a skilled, welcoming clinic environment aligned with the clinic’s values.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service (retail) and communication skills to support patients and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
- Experience with basic financial reporting, and operational administration within a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Understanding of medicine or allied health environments, ideally with exposure to audiology or hearing care services.
- Ability to guide, and support staff, including onboarding new team members and reinforcing clinic processes.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with practice management software, scheduling systems, and standard office applications.
- Previous retail OR customer service experience is preferred
