Job Description

This role plays a vital part in supporting young people aged 12-25 years through evidence-informed assessment, care planning, care coordination and therapeutic intervention. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Mental Health Clinician helps young people navigate mental health, alcohol and other drug, physical health and vocational challenges through holistic, youth-friendly and culturally responsive care.

- Are passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people, families and communities.
- Have experience providing therapeutic interventions, assessment and care coordination.
- Value collaborative, multidisciplinary and family-inclusive practice.
- Bring relevant qualifications, professional registration and experience in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, mental health nursing or a related discipline.
