This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys being involved in the day to day operation of a business. You'll take responsibility for leading the sales team, managing sales budgets and performance, overseeing ordering functions and helping drive the continued growth of Hydrautech.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day to day leadership and performance of the sales team while remaining actively involved with customers and the broader business.

Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting the sales team, monitoring sales performance and budgets, coordinating ordering and purchasing functions,



managing supplier relationships and supporting customer growth and new business opportunities.

You'll also be involved in setting sales priorities, reviewing opportunities, identifying areas for growth and helping ensure the sales team has the systems, information and support required to perform effectively.

This is a hands on management role. You'll be expected to lead from the front, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, support your team and work closely with other areas of the business to ensure sales commitments are delivered.

About You

We're looking for an experienced sales qualified with strong leadership and commercial skills. You'll ideally have previous experience managing a sales team and be comfortable working with budgets, ordering, suppliers and sales performance.

Experience within hydraulics, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, industrial or a related technical environment would be highly regarded. More importantly, you'll be commercially minded, organised and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and your own team.

You'll be a natural leader who can build relationships, hold people accountable and create a positive team environment. You'll also be comfortable getting involved in the detail when required rather than simply managing from the sidelines.
