Beyond Housing in Shepparton is seeking a part time Housing Case Manager to provide housing-focused support to participants completing a custody sentence and with a history of homelessness. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to reduce risk of homelessness and offending and liaise with the court to shape each participant's DATO.
The role is based in our Shepparton office, 22.8 hours per week (Tue-Thu) with hybrid work options and a pro-rata salary package.
