CERTECH Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Moorebank. As a leading manufacturer and distributor of connectivity products including structured cabling, fibre optics, server racks, AV connectivity, security products, tools and testers, we need an excellent person to drive our sales and marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
Manage the development and execution of sales and marketing policies and strategies
Plan, organise and coordinate the business's sales and marketing activities
Oversee creation and publishing of unique sales and marketing plans and contents
Assess the results of campaigns and promotions and identify current marketing opportunities
Analyse current and future marketing promotions and ensure they align with the business's brand and values
Direct merchandising methods and assist in setting prices
Drive strategies to increase awareness of the business's brand and existing and new products
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, consumer needs and requirements
Maintain strong business relationships with key customers and understand their needs
Train and provide leadership to sales and marketing team
About you
At least AQF Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field
Right to work in Australia
Punctual, efficient and reliable
Work well in a team environment
