Position overview

Working closely with senior leaders, you will manage priorities, coordinate diaries and meetings, prepare high-quality documentation, and ensure the smooth flow of information and workflow across the portfolio. The role requires robust judgement, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.

As part of a collaborative executive support team,



you will contribute to the effective operation of the senior leadership office and work closely with colleagues across the University to support day-to-day business.
