About the Role

As Club Manager, you are responsible for the overall leadership, culture, member experience and performance of the club.

You'll lead teams across Reception, Crèche and Personal Training, setting clear expectations and ensuring the standards,



behaviours and service are consistently reflected in what members experience every day.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You'll work on reception regularly, keeping you closely connected to members, your team and what's happening in the club.

You'll lead from within the club, building relationships, supporting and developing your team, role-modeling the standards you expect and stepping in where needed.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of your club while receiving support, guidance and development from the wider leadership team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Culture

Lead, support and develop a high-performing team across Reception, Crèche and Personal Training.

Create a positive, engaged and supportive club culture where people feel valued, connected and motivated.

Set clear expectations and consistently role model the standards and behaviours expected of your team.

Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, feedback and ongoing support.

Foster a strong "One Team" environment where collaboration and member focus come first.

Member Experience

Champion exceptional service and ensure members consistently receive a welcoming, professional and personalised experience.

Build meaningful relationships with members and create a strong sense of community within the club.

Manage member feedback and concerns with care, professionalism and a genuine desire to find positive outcomes.

Drive member engagement, satisfaction and retention through consistent service delivery and follow-through.

Ensure the club environment reflects the high standards members expect from Sista Fitness.

Operations & Performance

Oversee day-to-day club operations including rostering,



onboarding and team development.

Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained across all areas of the club.

Monitor club performance and key business metrics, taking ownership of outcomes and opportunities.

Support membership growth, retention initiatives, club promotions and community events.

Ensure key tasks are completed, commitments are followed through and standards remain consistently high.
