Moon Dog Wild West Geelong seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, crafting a pub-classic and Tex-Mex/Americana menu. You’ll recruit, train and structure the kitchen, partnering with Moon Dog Directors to build a standout opening team as we prepare for a mid-to-late October start and a busy venue.
You will work closely with the COO and Executive Chef to drive food quality, cost control, and seasonal innovation across large venues while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
